J&A Racing is a race management company headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, which is well known for its fun, festive, and family-oriented events. The owners of J & A Racing, Amy and Jerry Frostick, began their careers as race directors in 2003 when they took over the Shamrock Sportsfest. In the past 10 years, The Yuengling Shamrock Marathon Weekend has grown from 5,000 participants to over 28,000 in 2013, making it one of the most popular races in the country.
